Role Overview
This role is responsible for owning the strategy and execution of performance marketing for key client accounts. You will drive ROAS, lead quality, and revenue growth while working closely with creative and analytics. You will report to the Head of Growth and collaborate with account and design teams. This role matters because it directly shapes how our clients scale and how we deliver on our promise of measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel performance strategies (paid, SEO, conversion).
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns to hit ROAS and CPL targets.
- Optimize landing pages, creatives, and funnels based on data and tests.
- Lead client reporting and strategy reviews with clear recommendations.
- Execute A/B tests and scale winning campaigns.
- Analyze attribution and funnel performance to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with design and content on ad creatives and landing pages.
- Report on KPIs and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in performance marketing, growth, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (setup, optimization, reporting).
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with GA4, GTM, and spreadsheets.
- Experience in B2B or e-commerce marketing.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking and attribution.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Google or Meta certifications.
- Agency or multi-client experience.
- Experience leading or mentoring others.
- Exposure to international or multi-market campaigns.
KPIs / Success Metrics
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) improvement and target achievement.
- CPL (Cost per Lead) and lead quality metrics.
- Revenue growth attributed to marketing channels.
- Conversion rate and funnel efficiency.
- Campaign scalability and budget pacing.
