Role Overview
This role builds, runs, and optimizes paid campaigns for a variety of clients. You will set up and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads, implement tracking, and deliver clear reporting. You will work with the growth team and report to the Performance Lead. This role matters because paid ads are a core driver of leads and revenue for our clients, and your execution directly impacts their results.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Implement conversion tracking, events, and attribution (GA4, GTM).
- Work with creatives and copy for ad variants and testing.
- Analyze performance and deliver clear client reporting.
- Optimize targeting, bidding, and ad copy based on data.
- Collaborate with design and content on ad and landing page assets.
- Maintain account structure and best practices.
- Support senior team members on strategy and optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
- Experience with conversion tracking and analytics (GA4, GTM, or similar).
- Comfort with spreadsheets and reporting.
- Eager to learn and improve campaign performance.
- Basic understanding of paid auction and bidding.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Google or Meta certifications.
- Agency or multi-client experience.
- Experience with both Google and Meta platforms.
- Exposure to retargeting or audience strategy.
KPIs / Success Metrics
- ROAS and CPA/CPL vs. targets.
- Conversion rate and volume.
- Click-through rate and engagement.
- Campaign scalability and budget pacing.
- Quality of reporting and insights.
